Cancellation Terms
Hidden Valley Journeys Pty Ltd While we realize schedules fluctuate, our policy allows us to maintain the high standards and commitments we make to our local regional partners and specialists.
- Notice of 14+ days: Full return of booking investment.
Notice of 7 to 14 days: 50% return of booking investment.
Notice under 7 days: The complete booking value is non-refundable to cover operational costs.

Process
We prioritize your security and ease. Any approved reimbursements are returned to your original payment method via encrypted protocols.
To begin a request: Contact our guest relations desk with your digital reference. Our coordinators will verify the request against the notice periods.Please note specific merchant processing fees are outside our recovery scope.
Scope and Terms
The following criteria govern the processing of all returned funds:
- A standard $20 AUD administration fee for processing. Non-refundable deposits paid to exclusive third-party venues (if any).
- Deductions for external vendor fees based on their unique policies.
Timelines
Once an approval is granted, please allow between 7 and 10 business days for the credit to appear in your statement.
Note:• Global banking cycles may influence final clearance dates. We will issue a formal notification as soon as the transfer is triggered.
