Cancellation Policy

Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that participation in private touring experiences involves travel, walking on uneven surfaces, changing weather conditions and activities provided by third-party venues. I voluntarily participate in this experience and accept the inherent risks associated with regional travel and tourism activities. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Hidden Valley Journeys and understand that participation is at my own risk, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Photography & Media Consent: Hidden Valley Journeys may occasionally capture photographs or video footage during experiences for promotional, marketing and social media purposes. By participating in a tour, guests consent to the use of images in which they may appear unless they advise us otherwise in writing prior to the commencement of the experience. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for guests with operational commitments made to venues and suppliers. Guest Cancellations More than 14 days before departure - Full refund available 7–14 days before departure - 50% refund available Less than 7 days before departure - No refund available Rescheduling - Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled once without penalty when requested at least 7 days before departure.
